GSF Mother’s Day Giveaway {Valued Over $400!}
I don’t have a recipe for you today, but I have to tell you about an amazing giveaway going on NOW. If you’re a longtime reader, you know about our good friends the Strongs. We met the Strongs when my youngest daughter, now 3.5, was just a few weeks old. Around 6 months old, Gwendolyn Strong was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, or SMA. SMA is terminal and the #1 genetic killer of infants. The Gwendolyn Strong Foundation is now doing great work to raise awareness and funds for SMA research to find a cure.
GSF is throwing a giveaway of a “giant basket of awesomeness” for Mommy and Child! Entering the giveaway is easy. Just head on over to the GSF site for instructions.
Here’s what Yummy Mummy donated:ย

I love what you donated. Your friends have a very inspiring story. If there is anything I can do to spread the word or donate. PLEASE, let me know! <3
Ralphs at Hollister in SB has goat-cheese from Norway. It's brown and hard. Very delicious. It's called Ski Queein Gjetost Cheese, and comes in a small red package at the cheese-section. Gjetost is Norwegian for goatcheese. Gjet=Goat, Ost=Cheese. It cost 75% more of the price in Scandinavia, but I'm a faithfully buyer of it anyway.
I will definately try your lasagne. It looks very good, and at Lassen's you can buy gluten-free lasagne.
Thanks for sharing! (Oh, and I love the apron!)
