Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus 

This pumpkin pie dip, or “dessert hummus” is a delicious and festive autumn snack perfect for after school!

A delicious autumn dip that tastes like pumpkin pie, but is made with better for you ingredients. This dessert hummus comes together in under 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

- Chickpeas - Cashew butter - Maple syrup - Pumpkin puree - Pumpkin pie spice - Vanilla extract - Sea salt - Sliced apples - Back to Nature Honey Graham Sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients, chickpeas through sea salt, in the bowl of a food processor or blender.

Blend until completely smooth. This may take a few minutes depending on your processor or blender.

Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with dippers. I like to sprinkle a little more pumpkin pie spice on top.
