Dinner Club 1
Our group of foodie ladies had a wonderful evening at our inaugural dinner club. Laurie hosted and made an incredible cioppino with halibut and garlic bread for soaking up all that deliciousness.
Here is the hostess with the mostess herself-
Light salad of crisp greens, shaved fennel, orange sections, cucumber, and avocado from Holley. Holley, what was that yummy dressing?
I brought a flourless chocolate cake
served with homemade coffee gelato
Thankfully our dinner club is not too pretentious to have babies rolling around on the floor.







I have been dreaming of the since I first saw it here, and I finally made it tonight. Incredible!! Being that Cooper River Salmon is in season (here in Seattle) I added a bit and made the whole dish that much more.
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Your dinner club looks like great fun and I know you are all serious in the kitchen.
