VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

WHAT’S In VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BALLS:

– 1 cup almond flour – 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (Bob's Red Mill) – 1/2 teaspoon sea salt – 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut.

Drizzle syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil on top. Stir in until a dough forms.

Stir in chocolate chips. If your dough is too dry to come together, stir in a teaspoon of water.

Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls and place in a baking dish or food storage container.

Store in the refrigerator.
