Baked Potato with Caviar

Learn how to make a baked potato with caviar inspired by Caviar Kaspia.  This dish is perfect as an appetizer or as a luxurious side dish at any special occasion or dinner party.

INGREDIENTS

-  Baking potato -  Crème fraîche -  Salt and pepper -  Caviar of your choice -  Chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to  450°F (200°C).

Rinse the potato under running water and pat it dry with a paper towel.

2:

Prick the potato at least 10 times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.

Rub the potato with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
