Peanut Butter Snack Squares

Lightly sweetened peanut butter, date, and oat snack bars are like a less sweet granola bar meets snack cake.  They make a delicious snack or breakfast treat.

INGREDIENTS

-  Coconut sugar -  Creamy peanut butter -  Vanilla extract -  Whole wheat flour -  Garbanzo flour -  Baking soda -  Baking powder -  Old-fashioned oats -  Dairy-free milk -  Peanuts -  Dates

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an  8-inch square baking dish.

Mix the sugar and peanut butter with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes. Mix in the vanilla.

2:

Fold in the peanuts and dates and make sure everything is well incorporated.

3:

You can use your hands to press the dough lightly into the prepared dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
