Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch ginger
1 pinch nutmeg
1 star anise
sweetener of choice to taste (I use a few drops of organic stevia)
Instructions
Whisk milk and spices in a saucepan over medium heat until combined and just simmering. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes to infuse the spices. Carefully pour into a mug or teacup and sweeten to taste.
