Ingredients
1-3 tubs Sabra Hummus
1 pint cherry tomatoes
3 Persian cucumbers, sliced or halved lengthwise
3-5 rainbow carrots, sliced or halved lengthwise
grilled marinated artichokes, drained
1 cup Greek olives such as kalamata
1 cup tabbouleh salad
falafel
stuffed grape leaves (dolmas)
1 cup walnuts
3 pita or flat bread, cut into wedges (I grilled mine)
herbs and/or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Choose a large platter, cutting board, or slate cheese board.
Anchor your platter with the largest items like hummus bowls first. Arrange the medium sized ingredients like veggies next.
Fill in any gaps with small ingredients like nuts, grapes, olives, and berries. Garnish with edible flowers or fresh herbs if desired. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
