Berry Cauliflower Smoothie

This nutritious blend of cauliflower, berries, and yogurt is an easy way to help kids (and adults) eat their veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice, or 1 whole peeled orange
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup favorite berries
  • 1/2 cup favorite yogurt (I used Silk Almondmilk yogurt alternative in peach)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick to turn the blender blades.
