Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

A diet apple cider vinegar drink recipe made with Bragg apple cider vinegar (ACV), water, and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 8 oz. filtered water
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • ice
  • organic liquid stevia (I use Trader Joe's)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large glass and stir to combine. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Apple cider vinegar can be quite strong. You may want to start with 1/2 tablespoon to start.
  2. Variations:
  • splash of pomegranate juice
  • squeeze of orange juice
  • muddled strawberries
  • muddled fresh mint leaves
  • grated fresh ginger
