Mayonnaise is naturally a keto-friendly food, so making keto yum yum sauce is very easy. Simply omit the sugar and use sugar-free ketchup.
Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, vinegar, sugar, paprika, and cayenne to a small mixing bowl.
Whisk together until very smooth.
Add water to thin as needed, until sauce has reached the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding more cayenne or sriracha for heat.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour. During this time the flavors will meld.
