Turmeric Smoothie Recipe

A tropical citrus turmeric smoothie is so refreshing and nourishing.  This gold turmeric smoothie is a delicious breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS

•  Orange •  Frozen banana •  Frozen pineapple chunks •  Frozen mango chunks •  Fresh peeled and grated     turmeric •  Ice cubes •  Almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the orange, banana, pineapple, mango, and turmeric in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add almond milk to thin, and ice cubes to thicken or make more icy.
