Enoki Mushroom

Are you wondering how to cook Enoki mushrooms?  This simple Enoki recipe with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce is quick, easy, and tasty.

INGREDIENTS

•  Enoki mushrooms •  Coconut oil •  Teriyaki sauce •  Soy sauce •  Black sesame seeds •  Chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut 1-inch off of the base of the mushrooms. Gently rinse and pat the mushrooms dry.

Separate the Enoki into about 6 bundles.

2:

Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and turn frequently, cooking for about 2-3 minutes.

3:

Add the teriyaki and soy sauce and cook for 30 seconds longer over low heat. Add more sauces to taste.
