Mango  Chia Pudding

Delicious and healthy Mango Chia Pudding is a refreshing breakfast, snack, or dessert treat.

INGREDIENTS

•  Coconut or almond milk •  Chia seeds •  Organic liquid stevia,     maple syrup •  Ripe mango •  Plain or coconut      Greek yogurt •  Coconut chips, nuts,      or granola

INSTRUCTIONS

1:

Whisk together the coconut milk and chia seeds in a bowl or jar. We whisk them right in meal-prep jars. Add your preferred sweetener to taste and whisk in.

While the chia seed mixture is chilling, make the mango puree. Reserve a few chunks of mango for serving.

2:

Once the chia seed mixture has set up and the mango puree is ready, it’s time to assemble your pudding. Start by layering the chia pudding with spoonfuls of mango puree in serving glasses or bowls.

3:

Finish off your mango chia pudding by topping it with fresh mango chunks. You can enjoy the pudding right away or refrigerate it until you’re ready.
