INGREDIENTS

- Yellow onion - Minced ginger - Garlic, peeled - Gluten free soy sauce - Pineapple juice - Sesame oil - Coconut sugar - Arrowroot

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the onion, garlic, soy sauce, pineapple juice, sesame oil, and coconut sugar, and arrowroot in a blender.

Blend until the onion is finely chopped, about 30 seconds.

Transfer the sauce to a small saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened, about 1 minute.
