Green and Glowing Smoothie Recipe

This wholesome green smoothie has tropical flavors thanks to mango, pineapple, and coconut.

INGREDIENTS

•  Unsweetened almond milk •  Frozen pineapple chunks •  Frozen mango chunks •  Banana •  Unsweetened flaked     coconut •  Flax meal or seeds •  Baby spinach 

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

If prepping this smoothie ahead, simple measure out and store the ingredients in freezer bags.

When you're ready to enjoy, transfer the ingredients to the blender and add the almond milk.
