Grandma’s Persimmon Bread

-  Seedless raisins -  Brandy, cognac, or bourbon -  Dark brown sugar -  White sugar -  Ripe persimmon pulp -  Vegetable oil -  Eggs -  All-purpose flour -  Baking soda -  Salt -  Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly butter and flour an 8 ½-inch loaf pan.
