• Butternut squash
• Yellow onion
• Yellow curry paste
• Coconut milk
• Ground turmeric
• Coconut sugar
• Chickpeas

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place cubed butternut squash in a baking dish and drizzle with a tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and toss to combine.
