Cranberry Chutney

This easy cranberry chutney recipe has flavors of orange, apple, and warm spices.

Cranberry chutney is delicious on all your holiday dishes, cheese platters, and makes a lovely homemade gift. It’s even great on Buddha bowls!

INGREDIENTS

-  Fresh or frozen cranberries -  Granny Smith apple -  Dried apricots -  Shallot -  Apple cider vinegar -  Grated fresh ginger -  Coconut sugar -  Mustard seeds -  Orange juice -  Cinnamon sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients into a medium or large saucepan. Turn the heat to medium high and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let the chutney simmer for 30 minutes until the fruit has softened and broken down.

Uncover and let simmer another 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the chutney is nice and thick.

Cool completely and then transfer to a storage jar or container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
