Chocolate  Banana Muffins

(GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN)

Tender double chocolate banana muffins made with oat and almond flours are naturally gluten-free and vegan. 

INGREDIENTS

•  Oat flour •  Almond flour •  Tapioca flour •  Unsweetened baking     cocoa powder •  Baking soda •  Baking powder •  Salt •  Mashed banana •  Flax meal •  Melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with non-stick parchment liners.

1:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In another medium bowl, stir together the mashed bananas, flax meal, coconut oil, vanilla, and maple syrup.

3:

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
