Chia Seeds in Water Drink

INGREDIENTS

•  Filtered water •  Chia seeds •  Lemon, juiced •  Apple cider vinegar •  Maple syrup, agave

INSTRUCTIONS

To prepare your chia drink, combine the filtered water, chia seeds, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar into a glass jar with a lid.

Twist the lid on tight and give the glass a good shake to mix everything up. This will also prevent the chia seeds from clumping too much.

Add any additional ingredients to infuse, such as citrus slices, berries, or mint.

Refrigerate mixture for at least 15 minutes until chilled, or an hour to infuse other ingredients, or pour over ice.
