Hummus Crostini

These easy, beautiful, delicious, and healthier crostini appetizers are perfect for snacking at home or for parties.  Assemble the crostini yourself or arrange on a board like Charcuterie.

INGREDIENTS

•  French baguette •  Garlic and Classic     Hummus •  Kalamata olives •  Cherry tomatoes •  Persian cucumbers •  Ripe avocado •  Red onion •  Roasted red peppers •  Baby arugula, parsley, or     micro greens

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat and brush with a little olive oil. Grill each side of the bread slices until toasted and grill marks appear, just a minute.

Arrange the bread and other ingredients on a charcuterie if desired for DIY crostini.

Alternatively, spread the hummus over one side of the toasted bread and top with the ingredients.

Enjoy within an hour.
