INGREDIENTS

-  Yellow onion -  Carrots -  Celery -  Butternut squash  -  Green bell pepper -  Fire roasted tomatoes -  Green chilies -  Garlic -  Chili powder -  Cumin -  Quinoa -  Beans -  Vegetable broth

INSTRUCTIONS

1:

Combine all ingredients through salt in the slow cooker. Set to low for 6 hours.

Ladle into bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings.
