Blackstone Griddle Stir Fry
Stir fry is one of my favorite things to make on the griddle as the large surface area cooks the veggies evenly. This griddle stir fry recipe is below and is very adaptable.
15 Blackstone Griddle Recipes + Stir Fry
This easy vegetable sitr-fry is a healthy and tasty recipe for your flat top or Blackstone griddle. It can, of course be made in a large wok or skillet as well. Don't miss the other 15 griddle recipes in the main post!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 white or yellow onion
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 8 oz. Baby Bella mushrooms, halved
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- sitr fry sauce or coconut aminos
- rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat your griddle to medium-high and coat with the oil.
- Add the veggies to the griddle and season with salt and pepper. Stir fry the veggies until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook another minute longer.
- Add desired amount of stir fry sauce or liquid aminos and stir in to coat.
- Serve immediately over rice and garnish with sesame seeds. See variations below in notes.
Notes
Additions:
I like to stir fry 1 block cubed extra firm tofu in a bit of oil, then set aside until the veggies are done cooking. Add it back in when you add the sauce.
Other great veggies for stir fry: snow peas, baby corn, water chestnuts, zucchini, yellow squash.
Stir fry a package of cooked udon noodles for the last few minutes.
Top with roasted cashews for added crunch and healthy fats.
