Blackstone Griddle Stir Fry
Stir fry is one of my favorite things to make on the griddle as the large surface area cooks the veggies evenly. This griddle stir fry recipe is below and is very adaptable.
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 white or yellow onion
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 8 oz. Baby Bella mushrooms, halved
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- sitr fry sauce or coconut aminos
- rice, for serving
- Heat your griddle to medium-high and coat with the oil.
- Add the veggies to the griddle and season with salt and pepper. Stir fry the veggies until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook another minute longer.
- Add desired amount of stir fry sauce or liquid aminos and stir in to coat.
- Serve immediately over rice and garnish with sesame seeds. See variations below in notes.
I like to stir fry 1 block cubed extra firm tofu in a bit of oil, then set aside until the veggies are done cooking. Add it back in when you add the sauce.
