One Ingredient Grape Sorbet Recipe

Ever since I was a little girl, frozen grapes have been one of my favorite desserts. My girls love them now too. I was telling a friend the other day that grapes become incredibly sweet and the texture inside is like a little bite of sorbet. Then I started thinking… what if I blended these little sorbet bites into an ice cream-like treat! I wasn’t sure this was actually going to work.
Keep reading for the recipe!

- 1 bunch grapes, removed from stems and frozen
- Place frozen grapes in the bowl of a food processor. Process until as smooth as possible, scraping down the sides (with processor off!) occasionally. If processor will not turn once sorbet is thick, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time. This took me about 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

What a good idea! I love that it's so simple. I very rarely buy ice cream. Ever since I got my vitamix, I make thick smoothies…it can blend them into the consistency of ice cream 🙂
This is an awesome idea! Gotta try it.
this is definitely a great idea of healthy sorbet unlike outside that has so much sugar content, gonna try this someday! 🙂
Frozen Grapes are my absolute favorite!!! I will certainly be trying this! Thank you so much for all the wonderful recipes you have! I have enjoyed them immensely!
We do this with frozen bananas. Occasionally, I will add peanut butter and/or chocolate chips. My daughter LOVES it any way it's made.
