Blueberry White Chocolate Crostini: Guest Post from ValSoCal

Happy Friday! I am so excited to share this delicious treat with you from my friend, Val. You may remember I had a guest post on ValSoCal last year here. Val has been one of my very best foodie blogger buddies from the start. She has a beautiful blog and is just a great gal. Definitely a Yummy Mummy if you ask me :)

Hello, Yummy Mummy readers. I'm Val from ValSoCal. I was honored
when Marina asked me to do a guest post.

I have a special quick recipe to share with you. I love simple good food and with this recipe
the possibilities are endless. Use whatever fruit that is in season and just have fun.




Blueberry White Chocolate Crostini

French bread, sliced
white chocolate cream cheese
blueberries
1 or 2 tablespoons of butter

Heat frying pan on stove-top. Melt butter and place bread sliced in the pan and cook on each side until lightly browned. Take out of pan and cool. Top with white chocolate cream cheese, jam and blueberries. Serve.
